By using MovingWallet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

MovingWallet is a non-custodial coordination tool. It never holds your funds or private keys, and it never signs transactions on your behalf — you sign every transaction from your own wallet. It reads publicly available on-chain data, builds migration plans, and coordinates the steps. It does not provide financial services.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by MovingWallet constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions regarding your crypto assets.

4. No Warranties

MovingWallet is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee asset detection completeness, simulation accuracy, or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of MovingWallet be liable for any loss of funds, data, or other damages arising from the use of this tool.
