Changing wallets usually means preparing one transfer per token, on every network. MovingWallet prepares those transfers as a single plan. You check it, then sign each one from your own wallet.
Connecting is read-only. Nothing moves until you sign.
Is a move what you need?
Yes, if…
- You are switching to a new wallet — a hardware wallet, for example — and want your tokens there.
- You hold many tokens, on more than one network, and don't want to prepare each transfer by hand.
- You want to see every transfer and its estimated cost before deciding.
- You can still sign from the wallet you are leaving.
No, if…
- Your funds are on an exchange. Withdraw with your exchange's own page.
- You can no longer sign from the old wallet, or its funds were already taken. MovingWallet can't recover funds or stop an attacker.
- You want to move Bitcoin, Solana assets, NFTs or DeFi positions. They aren't supported in this flow yet.
- You want your tokens converted on the way. A move keeps each token as it is, on its own network. Converting is planned separately — see Consolidate.
How a move works
- Connect the wallet you are leaving. Read-only: MovingWallet reads your supported token balances on the supported networks.
- Choose what to move. Select the assets you want in the new wallet. You don't have to move everything.
- Enter the destination address. Check it carefully, and again on your wallet's confirmation screen. A transfer to a wrong address can't be undone.
- Review the plan. Every transfer, network by network, with the estimated costs. Change your selection or walk away — nothing has happened yet.
- Sign each transaction in your wallet. One by one. Nothing is sent on your behalf.
- Keep the report. What was planned and what happened, with every transaction hash.

What you pay

- Paid to the network for the transactions you sign. MovingWallet does not set the gas price.
- Swaps and bridges
- May use third-party providers, which have their own costs. MovingWallet doesn't control them and doesn't operate its own bridge.
- MovingWallet fee
- If one applies, you see it as its own line before you sign.
A move is made of transfers, so its main cost is network gas — one transaction per transfer.
These are estimates. Final network and provider costs can differ when each transaction is executed.
Fair questions
- Do you ever hold my keys or funds?
- No. Your keys stay in your wallet. MovingWallet cannot move anything on your behalf.
- Do I sign fewer transactions?
- No. You still approve each transfer. MovingWallet saves you the preparation, not the signature.
- What if I stop halfway?
- Transactions you already signed stay on-chain; the rest simply don't happen. The report shows which steps completed and which didn't.
- Do I need gas on every network?
- Yes. Each network's transfers are paid with that network's own token, from the wallet you are leaving.
- Does it empty the old wallet completely?
- Not necessarily. Very small balances and the gas needed to pay for the transfers can remain.
